ALL ABOUT THE PACKAGING

Halloween is right around the corner and NOW is the time to start making those cute Trick or Treat favors!
Today I will be showing several different ways to package your Treats. Whether you are passing them out to children, co-workers, friends or family, you will certainly find one of these fun and useful!
First are these super versatile "All Favor Tubes". They are clear plastic and have a lid to keep your goodies from spilling out.
For this sample I stamped the images using the "lawn fawn" stamp set "Happy Haunting." I stamped with Staz On Black ink onto a transparency sheet (some people call them "window sheets"). On one of them I used some sharpie markers to add some color. Rolled the transparency up and popped it into the tube. Added a little spider webbing, ribbon and goodies and that was it! How easy is that!
Want even easier......just cut a piece of pretty paper, roll it up and pop into the tube! Like I said, these are so versatile and could be used for any occasion.
Then I took one of the smaller "All Favor Tubes" and made a holder for it using some black card stock. This time I used the stamp set "Halloween Fun" from Crafty Secrets. This holder is great because you can use scraps of paper, ribbon and what nots for the embellishing. (Directions for holder can be seen at Scraphappy) Added a label, in this sample "spider eggs" was written on it, but again these tubes are so versatile and can be customized for any occasion. Filled with some candy, placed in holder and it's ready to go! Wow, just got a thought while I was typing this....you could even do the holders in your favorite football team colors! How fun would that be to bring to tailgate party!

Next are these cute little bags from Whisker Graphics. They can by dyed, colored, stamped on and embellished in soooo many different ways! And as you can see I did ALL of that to these cute bags shown

The last two packaging ideas came from one 12 x 12 piece of scrapbook paper. The cute little favor box was a die cut, then I stamped that adorable Little Girl and that werid looking little pumpkin using the Halloween Fun stamp set again. Colored with some markers and adhered to the front of the box! How cute is that! Then with the scrap left over from the same sheet of paper, I punched out some Ovals, made a little box with a handle to glue to them to and still had enough scrap left to wrap 2 pieces of Nugget candy to stick inside!

Patterns and samples are at the store, so stop by and take a peek!
