Breast Cancer Project!

This is an 8x8 acrylic and chipboard album we are making for the Pensacola Breast Cancer Association's 4th Annual Ribbons of Hope Breast Cancer Awareness Gala on October 9th! Alright, hope everyone has recovered from their scrappy hangovers! I had so much fun this weekend, and I am so thankful to everyone who helped make it a success! So far, we have raised over $700 in crop donations, raffle money, and bra contest votes! Continue to vote online or in the store throughout the month of October. The bra in the lead right now is the Auburn bra, ahead by 6 votes!

I will be posting a slideshow on the website as well as here this week!

& so many things to benefit such a worthy cause.

This layout is of a scrapbooking friend I met on-line.
We met sometime during 2006, maybe even late 2005
& found out we lived 5-hours apart.
So, while her family vacationed in Gulf Shores, AL,
her & I got together for lunch!!
In 2008 she was diagnosed with breast cancer
& is currently in remission.
Sorry for the bad photo, but it's been raining!!
